'No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!'

In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. 'Great location by bus stop to Meribel Center or 100m walk to small lift. Friendly and responsive lady to help with check in. Free underground parking. The description said it had one bathroom but there are actually two bathrooms! However, the advertized free WiFi is not available, as confirmed by the agent on check in. '
