'Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

'We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment in December 2025. It has all the accessories and accommodations that we needed. The one downside is of course the street noise. Nor anything to do with the apartment though. It’s a very popular thoroughfare. Also, it was during New Year’s Eve…expect the noise! Highly recommend. Hamida welcomed us, showed us around and was extremely accommodating regarding our exit time from the residence. We loved it!'

'It was just inexpected'

'The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host.'

'Deuxième séjours dans ce grand logement extrêmement bien situé et très bien équipé : machine Nespresso avec quelques dosettes, lave vaisselle, lave linge, wifi, télévision...Le contact Jonathan Bailly est très serviable. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage à Toulouse. '

' Dry clean. Has all necessary amenities. Very centrally located with excellent access to public transport, sites, and shops. Caveat: 47 narrow circular stairs to front door. Motion lights to front tunnel access and stairs of short duration. Brief introduction to owner on or shortly after arrival to review house appliances etc would be welcome. Better suited to active under 55 profile. '
