'The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. '

'As advertised, no surprises. We did the after-hours check-in, which was a little unusual, but worked well enough. (Arrive at main office, call number on the door, live person answers and provides you with a lockbox number and the code to get into that box. Walk around to the side of the main office building to find a cupboard full of a dozen or so lock-boxes. Would stay again.'

'We travel with a son on the spectrum. It’s very important that we stay somewhere where he feels at home. This place was perfect for us. We will be back!'

'Staff was awesome, room was spotless and so comfortable, and my kids left their electronics (iPad and Apple Watch) and staff found and returned them to us after we had checked out and went skiing all day. We appreciated their help and the excellent service.'

'Location is great. Property is a little quirky. Rooms are fine, my only complaint is the bathroom. Sink with hardly any space to leave toiletries, and a very plastic showercurtain. Staff was welcoming on arrival. '
