'This is a very cute little house on the end of a quiet street. It's within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and bars between 1st Street and 5th Street. If you don't mind a longer, hillier walk you could also go further south to City Park or to Stone Hill winery. But there's also easy transportation on the Trolley or local ride services. We were happy to find there were more beds than pictured (3 queen size downstairs between 2 bedrooms, and 2 queens...

'I stayed here with my son while riding the Katy Trail. The property is literally steps away from the McKittrick Trailhead making it very convenient for an early start the next day. Since my son was my "support vehicle driver", we easily drove into Hermann for meals and to explore the town. The room was more of a spacious one-bedroom apartment rather than a hotel room. It had a full kitchen stocked with some food and drinks and a washer and dryer (stocked with detergent and fabric softener!) ...

'It was a beautiful property. We loved our trip! The pool and hot tub. Jacuzzi tub in our room. Swings to watch the sunset. '

'Our room was very clean and for an older house, it was very quiet. We couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms. It was really nice to be within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again and will highly recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip.'
