Amazing 6-BR villa with pool close to the beach

A newly built Villa Selina is located in the beautiful town of Seline, just 250 meters from the beach. This luxury villa offers a private pool, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a roof terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and Paklenica National Park. It can accommodate up to 16 guests.
The villa is divided into several apartments, the ground floor features two apartments, the first floor has one apartment, and the attic offers a cozy studio apartment. Each apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen.
Behind the house, you’ll find a private pool, a large dining table for 16 guests, and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings together.
In the lower ground floor, there is a spacious entertainment room with a comfortable seating area, TV, and PlayStation, as well as a large dining table for 16, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom – an ideal space for the entire group to relax and spend quality time together.Pool heating is available upon request outside the main season (until June 1st and after September 1st) for an additional fee of €40 per day. Please inform us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

The Beach Kanjon Slap, approximately 15 minutes away, is a relaxing pebble beach often lauded for its crystal-clear waters, making it a great spot for both families and couples looking for peace and tranquility.

The River Zrmanja, around 30 km from Seline, is a heaven for water-sports enthusiasts—offering activities such as rafting, kayaking, and canoeing in the breathtakingly beautiful Zrmanja river.
