« I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything. »

Je n’ai pas pu faire mon check-in le soir de l’arrivée à cause d’une correspondance ratée, en arrivant le lendemain matin ma réservation a été annulée et même en faisant une nouvelle réservation on ne m’a pas laissé récupérer la chambre avant l’après midi (ma chambre non récupérée devait pourtant être prête puisque j’aurais du la récupérer la veille…) La responsable a quand même acceptée de rembourser une partie de l’ancienne réservation via le support hôtels.com qui est un...

« The staff was amazing! Stayed at the Inn because of bad weather and the staff had to stay there too in order to keep the hotel up and running. They worked long hours, but you never would’ve known it. Jasper kept smiling and serving up great hospitality. Jocelyn was so kind, Tommy kept serving up great food and spirits, and Cameron was the consummate professional. So glad I brought my elderly parents there to keep them out of the storm! »

« Hôtel en rénovation.... mais depuis combien de temps et pour combien de temps ? Le ménage est clairement optionnel, voir jamais fait vue l'état général. Le mobilier, literie, sanitaire, moquette vieux et très sale. Bref heureusement que c'était que pour une nuit !!!! Petit déjeuner compris : la bonne blague !!! Vue ce qui est proposé - prévoir d'un prendre un autre ailleurs ! »
