Hôtel près de Stadium of Light (Newcastle-upon-Tyne)

« Lovely clean hotel, warm welcome upon arriving. Room was spotless. Breakfast both days was faultless, again staff were fabulous. Would stay again, 100% »

« We turned up to check in at around 2.30pm (3.00pm check in) and there was nobody there (reception apparently supposed to have manned from 9am-9pm). There was a side door open but when we went inside, walked through the whole ground floor and upstairs, still nobody around. Waited for over a hour, called two emergency numbers, found at the front door, multiple times…no answer. Expedia couldn’t get hold of anyone either so offered us credit to book into another hotel nearby which was appreciated....

« Hotel 1 peu vieillot. Du bruit dans les canalisations, pas de prise électrique autour du lit pour le smartphone, pièce froide. La qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. L'emplacement est top. »

« Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. »

« Absolutely disgusting. Smelt like human piss HORRENDOUSLY. Carpet was miss coloured from stains. Burn marks on blanket. Bed was floor level. Smelt like fresh current cigarette even tho there’s no smoking signs. Would absolutely not stay here!!!!!!! My clothes all smelt the next day. I backpacked Thailand and nothing was this gross. »

« In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to...

« Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. »

« Room and bathroom was very clean. We arrived very late so the access codes were messaged to us following a call. Very thoughtful »

« Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer. »

« Large car park. Rooms was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Great value for money. »

« Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it. »
