« We got a freee upgrade to a premium room as the hotel was fully booked. It was a great room. Clean, good sized bed, waterfall shower and aircon.Would stay here again and staff were so lovely. »

« Very easy experience from booking as great communication from the owner. This self catering rental has everything you need from a comfortable lounge to a fully equipped kitchen, I even cooked a full English breakfast! Surprisingly quiet considering it was on the second floor of a 3 story block accessible up 2 flights of concrete stairs therefore would not be suitable for less able bodied people. Taxis cost roughly £5 into town, however, the local bus stop is close by. Ample off street parking...

« Room was immaculate, amazing view of the zoo. Fully stocked with tea coffee and hot chocolate and jammy dodgers were a win for my son. Staff are so friendly and helpful… I put a note in my booking comments that this was a surprise from Santa brought by the elf, asked if a note could be put in the room ( did not think it would be read) There was a card from Santa on the bed when we got in the room…Christmas magic »
