« I was a little disappointed this time. This is our 3rd stay here. The coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. The fridge is not cold enough to put anything perishable in. We had to throw out several things, like milk. there is no way to adjust the temperature. With as much as I paid to stay here, parking should be including. The room was clean though. »

« Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good. Area is convenient to a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc »

« We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks »

« I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...

« Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip! »

« Pas de changement de serviette, pas de renouvellement de cafe non plus…. Sur demande seulement. Pas d’eau chaude, chambre à coté de la buanderie, bruyant des 6h le matin…. Plusieurs chariots de linges sales dans le corridor…. Pour un prix de plus de 600$ pour 2 nuits…. Vraiment pas contente!!! »
