This newly renovated 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom village cottage vacation rental located in the heart of the St. Simons Island Village area is the perfect St. Simons Island hideaway! Guests will find that the cottage is a 1 minute walk to all the best Pier Village area restaurants, shopping as well as the St. Simons Island Pier! Built in 1934 under the majestic live oak trees, Village Revival has been tastefully been remodeled with all the updates for guests to enjoy island living right in the middle of the best location on the island!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The large living room and adjacent game table room is the perfect space for guests to relax watching the game on the new 55" HD Smart TV or enjoying game time around the shuffleboard table. The kitchen is a great gathering place to enjoy preparing meals in this chef's style kitchen with a gas range and all the utensils and appliances that guests will ever need. The large dining table has seating for 6 and is easily located between the kitchen and living areas. Guests will enjoy outdoor living with a wonderful courtyard and garden space with a gas fire pit as well as deck area with seating to overlook the park across the street.

All the guest bedrooms in the cottage offer an en suite bathroom. The first of two primary bedroom suites has a king size bed with an HD TV as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large closet. The second primary bedroom also offers a king size bed with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a large bathtub. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed (as well as an additional twin bed with trundle) and an en suite bathroom. Both the second primary bedroom and the third guest bedroom have direct access to a wonderful porch overlooking the park and towering live oak trees across the street.
