Couldn't be happier with our stay

The house was exactly as advertised. The pool was great. We only had 1 minor issue with figuring out the WiFi and the owner responded immediately. Check in/check out was very simple.

Great location

We loved the location of this house. It was close to the beach and shopping. There was plenty of space for the four adults and four teenagers in our party. The pool table and swimming pool kept everyone entertained when we weren’t at the beach. There was an issue with the pool on our arrival, but the owner was responsive and the issue was resolved quickly.

Beautiful house with a great location

We loved our stay here! We had a few small issues the first day which the host quickly responded to. Our favorite part was the backyard and the huge sliding glass doors that open to the pool table area! Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Located just minutes from the beach and great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome beach house!

I booked this house for a bachelor party to go to Spring Training and enjoy some beach time. The house is in a great location to go to several beaches along Clearwater or Tampa. The house was very clean and the pool is awesome! Raegan was also a great host who is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Fun family stay

We had a lot of fun with our family of 8! Our 6 kids really enjoyed the pool area and the pool table. Our 3 daughters thought it was amazing to have a room big enough for all 3 of them together. The beds are comfortable and the location convenient to beaches, shopping, and activities.

The house was perfect for our family and friends. The kids had a blast in the pool and the outside space was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was nice and close to anything that we needed. Overall the house was very nice. It was really clean and we didn’t have any problems. When we were at the house we spent most of our time hanging out by the pool. House was very roomy and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor area especially the pool. Area was extremely quiet and close to the area shopping. Reagan was available whenever we needed her. My only suggestion would be concerning the gas grill and lack of outside lounge chairs. Only two were usable. Overall, perffect house for us.

Great house, great location, great host!

This is a lovely, spacious home which was well appointed and many upgrades over the years. Bathrooms and kitchens usually tell the story, and these were beautiful, especially the master bath with a huge walk-in shower. And 2 pools! One outside for swimming and a really nice pool table in its own room with a view of the "other" pool! The swimming pool is surrounded by lots of tropical vegetation offering maximum privacy. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only minutes from several gulf beaches, shopping and restaurants. Raegan was a wonderful, attentive host who always responded promptly to any question. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We'll be back!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this Seminote "Dream House".

Our expectations were met in every way. We found the house in excellent condition with ample kitchen supplies, plenty of living space, clean and well maintained. The pool area was very comfortable, loads of fun for the kids and plenty of breeze for the adults to remain cool. The bathrooms are very spacious and the bedrooms were larger than most other homes we have rented with VRBO. The patio doors opening on to the pool rom each of two bedrooms were a plus. Both TV's were fully loaded with many extras for viewing options. We just had the best time and would highly recommend this rental for family vacations.
