Situated in the heart of Downtown Dunedin, we are within walking distance to the Marina where you can see gorgeous Sunsets, eat a wide range of a variety of fine cuisine, indulge in some of Florida`s finest breweries enjoy Ice Cream and so much more.
We are a short drive from Honeymoon State Park or take the Ferry to Caladesi Island with beachy white sand.

Accommodates sleeping 4. One bedroom and one pull-out queen sleeper sofa in separate room. There is also a living room separate from the sofa bed area.. Ground Floor, with private patio area.


Only 1 car per unit on property. There is free parking spaces within walking distance.

Bikes are available and shared with other units. They are used on first come first serve basis.

From April thru late October we do have high humidity in air and sometimes air conditioning in condo may be more sensitive to different conditions then usually due to tropical conditions of wether and the air we have may have a humid scent.
