This is newly remodeled and decorated two bedroom apartment on the second floor in a 7-unit apartment complex. The apartment is perfectly located just steps to the beach, cafes, and great restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. We had a clear vision while getting this apartment ready for our new guests - deliver all the comforts of home and provide a one-of-a-kind vacation experience that revolves around the unique desires of our guests. Welcome to our beautiful beach apartment! This is a newly renovated, tastefully decorated, "open-floor plan" two-bedroom apartment. The location is right across the street from the beach and beach access. We are a block away from Cafe de Paris, Sandy's breakfast restaurant, and four blocks away from the following restaurants: TJ's Italian Cafe, Keegans Seafood Grill, Chicago Jaqx Pizzeria, and Guppy's. Many shops are nearby, ranging from boutiques to bait shops. Bicycle rental shop is within walking distance. Hairdresser and masseuse are also close by.

This apartment is located on the second floor of a two story 7-unit apartment building. This suite has two bedrooms with queen size beds, plus one bathroom, a large living room with a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa (can sleep two people / memory-foam matress) and 55" 4K HDTV with cable channels, dining area with seating for four, and a large kitchen with a range/oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and all the utensils you will need for cooking. Total living space of this suite is slightly over 1000 square feet.

Private outdoor deck is just outside the living room. Outside, there is a shared tropical courtyard with a grill and Adirondack chairs. There is FREE assigned/reserved parking for your vehicle in the parking lot in front of the building with overflow and oversize vehicle paid parking available. Coin operated laundry is on-site for the convenience of our guests. Beach boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs are shared and available for use by all guests. We supply a set of beach towels. We also have a few beach toys for small children, a high-chair, and one Pack n' Play for those travelling with infants (on request).

ABOUT THE AREA (INDIAN ROCKS BEACH / BELLEAIR BEACH / CLEARWATER BEACH)

You'll probably want a rental car, so you can access the many points of interest nearby - Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Anna Maria Island, Honeymoon Island, or go grocery shopping in nearby Largo or Belleair Bluffs, (5 minutes drive). There is the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, half an hour away, if you have a rainy day, or check out the Aquarium in Clearwater, where the dolphin Winter lives, who was made famous in the movie and sequel Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale Two. Book boat trips, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and sunset cruises in Clearwater Beach, Pier 60; 10 minutes drive. Just a little further is Tampa - 30 minutes drive, Busch Gardens - 40 - 45 minutes, Disney, Universal, and Sea World - 1.5 hours. There is excellent golfing at the Belleview Biltmore, just a couple of miles away on the mainland, as well as at many other golf courses in the area. We are located on a barrier island, which is narrow, but very long. There are public trolleys which run up and down the main road which cost $2.00 per ride or unlimited daily riding for $4.50 per person. On one side is the intercoastal waterway and on the other side is the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful beaches, palm trees, exotic birds. and stunning sunsets. The island has bridges to the mainland close by. We also have sea turtles nesting on our beach. Note: There is no oil or pollution on the beach. You will find that the beach is clean and the water is clear. It is great for swimming and wildlife watching. You can see a variety of birds - pelicans, seagulls, herons, and egrets. If you keep an eye out on the ocean, you can see the dolphins swim by in groups of two to five.

Car is recommended but not required. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available and reasonably priced. Public beach trolley system is cheap and runs often.
