Séjour agréable , l’hôtel est central et offre la possibilité de tout faire à pied ce qui est rare en Floride. Personnel trés courtois, le petit plus, le champagne à 5h pour un rassemblement convivial.

The Avalon is a great stay. Just on the outskirts of the heart of St. Pete but walkable to all including all the dining options on Beach and Central. Also, sharing with the Hollander you get an excellent onsite restaurant and bar. Only inconvenience I experienced was the parking of which there isn’t enough of but you can park on street. Also, would have liked a small fridge in the room but I understand it’s not that type of hotel. Am staying there again soon. The staff is always so great there and at the Hollander.

This hotel went above and beyond! Aaron helped us out the whole time and made our stay best as possible. Gregg the shuttle driver was kind and understanding as well! Best experience given the situation.

The bed was hard as a rock, parking was a challenge and the room next to the street was noisy and made sleeping difficult due to the traffic noise. Staff did not provide a wifi login. Coffee and cookies were the highlight of the stay. The boutique style was attractive but as this was a business trip, having nothing to place my laptop on for work or any place to charge it was also inconvenient. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The location was good and we were able to park off street for free. Dinner was great with delicious with tasty desert to follow. Our room was a suite and the bathroom was tiny. We are small people but I know larger guests would have problems

There was about 12 inches of soap scum on the base of the shower walls. Urine smell outside at entry door., not welcoming on both days. Initially I let it slide as it was late check in and figured someone could have just urinated there as the unit was close to the street, however by day two I realized it was due to poor upkeep. Unswept leaves for both days at entry to suite. Lobby smelled awesome, but this was not continued into the room I was assigned. The facility looks great, housekeeping was a severe letdown.

Very nice stay and you could use the Hollander hotel's amenities which is a hidden jewel (located next door) Would definitely come back for another stay.

Staff was excellent, walkable to food and activities, pool area was super and rooms clean and comfortable, along with unique. I only dropped a whole star due to lack of electrical sockets and charging ability. Room had only one electrical socket and it was down behind middle of bed and had both room lights in it. That left only outlet in bathroom, right next to sink, to charge everything and there was only a tiny shelf. Again, overall great place, but in todays world, they need to do better on this issue.

I wish I remembered the names of the staff; however I will say the gentleman who assisted us with parking, (super cute and funny) the front desk and the restaurant staff were all friendly upbeat and outgoing. The suite we reserved was perfect for myself my husband and two children. My boys even commented on how they really liked the hotel. It had this nostalgic feeling and reminded me of the apartment I grew up in. The restaurant and coffee shop did not disappoint; and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you all for a nice time. We will certainly visit again.

This property was definitely dated. Our biggest problem was the AC that worked, but the thermostats on both were not working so it was either really cold or really warm. It was clean and the staff was all absolutely wonderful and helpful. If you don’t mind older accommodations it’s in a great central location and the restaurant on site was really good.

3rd stay. Nice place and convenient to St Pete area. I stay because it’s close to St Anthony’s Tri at Vinoy Park. There’s also a restaurant with bar right next door.

Hotel was unique, very clean, and the staff was great! Location is walkable to multiple restaurants and the waterfront. Room was perfect for my solo travel, however may not be ideal for a family with multiple children due to room size being on the smaller side.

Comfortable weekend stay for a venue in downtown. Room was clean and cool. Happy hour in the early afternoon at 5! And? Coffee in the morning. Perfect! Nice perk to go next door to the Hollander and utilize the pool area along with the options of a small cafe and a van that will assist you in getting to some areas.

Arrived at Avalon and property manager was unable to retrieve Expedia reservation although it was on our phone. He was not pleased with Expedia but was so very polite and accommodating for us. Put us into a ground level suite. Next door partner hotel was great with bar, restaurant, and coffee bar/pastries in the morning. Easy walk to downtown and area restaurants and attractions. Great place to stay in a great location with very polite and accommodating staff. We'll be back!!!

This little diamond in the rough is quite the little find!!! Location is excellent for an easy walk to downtown. Top notch people that work there, like Ethan, Brain and Larissa!! They get to know you! Plus the sister hotel has a darling restaurant with everything you could want and reasonably priced! Plus the little coffee shop is excellent and offer a array of scrumptious desserts!!! Don't hesitate!!! We will be back!!!

Great place to stay! Can walk everywhere including Tropicana Stadium. Hollander hotel next door has great food, pool and bar. Avalon is eclectic, clean and comfortable. We stay there whenever we are in St. Pete.
