'Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. Otherwise great I would stay there again and do so happily. Price was great and experience was great.'

'We had an amazing stay at Mary’s house! It’s a cute little 1930s cottage that has been updated. Close to East beach public access or simply walk along the dune path. Definitely adding this house to our favorites for when we’re ready for another quick run to SSI! The realty group that maintains the property were easy to work with! '

'House is nice in a great location, walk to the beach, town and many restaurants. Pool was great, living space was large. We had one issue the dishwasher would not start but the owner had it replaced the very next day, what great service'

'It basic, clean ,near the beach and welcomes dogs for a small fee. Check in was easy either by card or rhe one key app. Betsy in the office was an absolute delight to talk with. '

'This house is exactly what we imagine a beach house to be. The location and beach were perfect, not crowded. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and American Beach and may not be our last.'

'If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in...

'This house and the location was excellent! Couldn’t have ask for a better vacation getaway. The host made sure all our needs were met and the pool and bonus room was a huge plus. House is set up perfectly for any situation when you want to enjoy spending time at the beach. '

'House was very clean, had a deep freezer and an espresso machine which was a nice touch! (Nobody sells coffee beans on the island so recommend bringing your own) Kitchen had just about everything you need for meal prep and cooking, nice grill out back. Had a small issue with the hot water knob in the master shower and the owner sent someone right out to fix it. Overall wonderful stay, would recommend and will be back next time in Jekyll! 'Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.'
