« The hotel is going through renovations so the lobby area was a little disorganized with building materials around and also in the parking lot. Room was fantastic and has been upgraded and well designed. No carpet a very big +. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to others. »

« The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. « I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« The bed was very comfortable. The room as well. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee machines. Could have had a carton or half and half dispenser instead of just Coffee Mate. We would stay again. »

« There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference »

« The 1st room that we were given the door security latch was broken and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. The table lamp by the bed didn't work, bad outlet. The shower curtain was almost falling off the walls.Then the worst thing was that the deadbolt wouldn't even engage into the lock! Then to top it off we were greeted with police in the hallway. People in the room across the hall thought there was a camera in the bathroom mirror! »

« Great place!! We stayed there going to our rocket event AND on the way home too!! The people we encountered were so very nice. Rick B the night guy and Ester the morning lady!! The beds were comfortable and the room clean! There was a frig and microwave too!! Reasonable price as well. We will stay there again when going thru Topeka! »
