Step out of the lift on the eighth floor and the whole roof terrace is yours — jacuzzi, city rooftops in every direction. Inside, a studio designed like a hotel suite: travertine, Calacatta marble, fluted panelling and warm oak, every surface chosen and nothing out of place. Fifty square metres, built for two, with the finish of somewhere much larger. Here`s what`s waiting for you inside.

A curved cream bouclé sofa faces a large wall-mounted Smart TV on a fluted panel wall, above a low console topped in red-veined marble. Floor-to-ceiling glazing slides straight open onto the terrace.

A run of light oak cabinetry under a full-height travertine splashback with lit floating shelves. Induction hob with an integrated downdraft extractor, built-in oven, Bosch dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, and the full SMEG set — kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine — plus a Dolce Gusto. The dining table seats four.

🛏️ Sleeping Area
A wood-panelled headboard wall with built-in reading lights and a suspended globe pendant, marble bedside tables either side, and a second Smart TV for the bed. A full-height curtain draws across to separate the sleeping space, with blackout curtains behind it and a built-in oak wardrobe alongside.

A walk-in rainfall shower behind frameless glass with a handheld set too, a wall-hung oak vanity with an integrated basin, a large backlit mirror and heated towel rails.

🍽️ Spinola Bay
The postcard corner of St Julian`s: a horseshoe of fishing boats ringed by waterfront restaurants, from casual to genuinely excellent. This is where most evenings here start.

🌃 Paceville
Malta`s nightlife quarter — bars, clubs, live music and late food, concentrated into a few streets. Close enough to walk to, far enough to sleep.

🏖️ St George`s Bay
The area`s sandy beach, with lidos, water sports and a string of beach bars along the front.

🛒 Everyday Convenience
Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, gyms and cafés all sit within the surrounding streets — no car needed for anything day-to-day.

🏛️ Balluta Bay & Sliema
Follow the coast the other way and the promenade runs on through Balluta Bay to Sliema, past swimming spots, cafés and the island`s best shopping.

🗺️ Welcome — you won`t need a car
Almost everything worth reaching in St Julian`s is on foot, and the rest of Malta is a short, simple hop from here. Buses run in every direction, the ferry cuts across to Valletta in minutes, and a ride-hailing app covers whatever`s left. Here are your options.

🚌 Bus
St Julian`s and Paceville are served by frequent routes running to Valletta, Sliema, Mdina, the airport and the northern beaches, with stops throughout the area.

⛴️ Ferry
The Sliema ferry crosses to Valletta in a few minutes and runs all day — the quickest and most scenic route into the capital.

🚕 Taxis & Ride-Hailing
Bolt, eCabs and Uber all operate heavily in St Julian`s, with pickups usually within minutes, day or night.

Between walking, the ferry and a ride-hailing app, getting around Malta from here takes no planning at all.
