Good to Know Before Booking

Ocean Breeze is a three-level townhome, and stairs are required. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM Eastern. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

Parking is available for one vehicle underneath the unit. Golf carts and EV charging are not permitted on-site. Security cameras monitor specified exterior entry and parking areas.
