Flats in St. Francisville

'The hotel was great. The only reason I could not give excellent score all the way is because of the parking. They have a small tight parking lot. Then to amp up the problem they allow people to park any way they want to. The night I was there I witnessed at least half a dozen vehicles straddling the lines, which left less parking for others. My passengers had to exit the vehicle before I parked because they were unable to open the doors enough to get out.'

'Couldn't be a better location. Very welcoming place. Relaxing. Quiet. Wonderful place to stay.'

'The room was dirty and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There were stains on the couch and on the mattress for the trundle bed. One of the double beds in the room had the mattress pad material hanging down and there was a large old blood stain. We went to the front desk to request the bed be changed. It was offered for us to change rooms, however we were leaving for the day. It was agreed that the entire bed would be changed. We arrived later that night to find the bed was not changed,...

'The young man at the front was very helpful. Gave great recommendations to honest. Easily checked in and got to our room.'
