« This property was undergoing renovations and were told by corporate not to alert potential customers of this inconvenience. The staff put me in a newly renovated room to their delight, however the room looked like a grad schooler did the remodel. 6:30 am the mariachi band started playing, which was lovely. My room was so poorly remodeled that I informed the front desk and showed them pictures of everything wrong. Housekeeping even took my used coffee pods and placed them back upside down, hoping...

« The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude.
