This tastefully decorated house has all you need for a comfortable, private stay while visiting St. Augustine. Kayla Place sits on a 13-acre equestrian property, Enchanted Horse Acres, a magical place for nature lovers. Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of Crescent Beach.

This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach.

Kayla Place is 2,000 sf. It includes a large romantic suite with a canopy bed and a private renovated spa-like bathroom, and three additional bedrooms with a queen size bed, two single beds, and a twin size daybed with a twin trundle. A small children bed may also be available upon request.

Large kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. A BBQ is also available. No washer/drier.

After a day visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, relax on the screened porch or dip in the pool. Please note there are three vacation rentals on property and the pool is shared between them. Pool towels and toys are provided.

We are fortunate to be adjacent to the River-to-Sea bike loop, part of Florida's 300-mile rails to trails cycling loop. Feel free to borrow a bike and ride the six-mile paved path though the beauty of "Old Florida."
