The space

Blue Palm Oasis is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home of about 1,800 sq ft, built in 2026. The entire home is yours, including all bedrooms and baths, the private pool (not heated), fenced backyard, gas grill, full kitchen, living and dining areas, and free driveway parking. Relax by the pool with loungers, umbrellas and a covered patio, or gather indoors in the open living and dining spaces. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for family breakfasts and shared dinners. Fast Wi-Fi is available for remote work. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Location & nearby

Vilano Beach is a 10-minute walk, with restaurants, the pier and sunset views. A car is the easiest way to reach historic downtown St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park, all a short drive away. Downtown favorites include St. George Street, Castillo de San Marcos, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the Alligator Farm and the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park. Nights of Lights runs November 21 through January 18, when downtown is lit by millions of lights. Grocery stores, coffee shops, local boutiques, art galleries and popular restaurants are nearby. Guests also enjoy fishing charters, dolphin and sunset cruises, and golf.

Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am unless a late check-out was approved in advance. Please ask ahead about a late check-out so the cleaning team has time to prepare for the next guest.

Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times. Please rinse off before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.

This is a quiet residential street. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am (HOA rule); keep outdoor conversations, music and gatherings low during those hours. No parties or events, no unauthorized guests without prior approval, and do not exceed the reservation's maximum occupancy.

This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, including indoor spaces, the pool area and patio. Smoking anywhere on the property can lead to a damage claim for odor removal. Pets are not allowed.

Do not move indoor furniture outdoors. Keep doors and windows closed when the heat or AC is running. Use the BBQ grill responsibly and turn off the propane after use.

Do not flush wipes, feminine products or other non-toilet-paper items; put them in the trash. Report damages, maintenance concerns or other issues immediately during your stay.

Before departure, place bagged trash in the outdoor receptacle. Starting the dishwasher and putting used towels in the hamper is appreciated. The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning; excessive dirt requiring extra cleaning may result in a damage claim. Guests are responsible for belongings left behind after check-out.

By booking, guests agree to follow the house rules and safety guidelines. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in the group.
