A second bedroom is set up with a queen, and the third has two single beds, which makes the place easy to share between a couple of families, grandparents with the kids, or two couples traveling together. Those two guest rooms share a refreshed bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Across 1,200 square feet, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all open into one another, so nobody is cut off while meals come together or beach bags get packed.

The kitchen is ready for real cooking: full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a stocked set of cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus a center island for extra counter space.
