  • Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. This completely remodeled, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 with a wall of sliding glass doors framing the beach and community pool. Cherry wood furnishings and a widescreen TV with surround sound fill the living area, and the private balcony has wicker gliders overlooking the beach. The oceanfront complex adds a community pool (unheated), a grilling area, and tennis and basketball courts, all steps from the beach. No pets.

    The Space

    This oceanfront condo sleeps 6 with a wall of sliding glass doors framing the beach and the community pool, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and cherry wood furnishings throughout. This unit does not allow pets.

    The living room's widescreen TV comes with a Blu-ray player and surround sound. The private balcony has wicker gliders overlooking the uncrowded beach. A grill is available, and beach gear — two chairs, an umbrella, and four towels — is provided. The oceanfront complex adds a community pool, a grilling area, and tennis and basketball courts, all steps from the beach.

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful beach view. We love staying here because the area is not crowded and the beach is beautiful. The condo was clean with comfortable beds and living room seating.

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and it just does not disappoint. It was clean and well stocked including a beach umbrella and beach towels. Coquina Condos continue to be well maintained, quiet, well managed.

Very pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean, which is our number one requirement. The beach is incredible with instant access just past the pool. The rental company checked in with us often to ensure everything was to our liking and all of our needs were met. We had one minor issue and maintenance was out within the hour to correct it. Would book again.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our week here. Beautiful beach, very clean condo, and very relaxing. Liked being a short drive from St.Augustine to do tourist stuff, but could really relax at our unit.

2024 Spring Break

We stayed over spring break. The location was perfect! Close enough to the Ancient City but far enough away, too. The beach was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the condo was wonderful.

St Augustine Vacation

We had an amazing stay at the Coquina, we have been staying here for over 30 years and have stayed in Unit A-207 many times and are never disappointed. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and have a great stay at the beach.

Great Stay!!!!

Excellent two level, two bedroom condo in a unique low density complex RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Add personal service from from a caring, local facilitator, lots of seafood and many golf courses, and you have the perfect combination for a winter/spring/summer/fall holiday.

Sunrise to Sunset!!!

Shell Haven: Coquina A207

This place was awesome and we would definitely stay there again. Easy access to St Augustine to the North and Flagler Beach and Daytona to the South. Also there are several really neat parks to visit nearby, Washington Oaks Garden State Park and Matanza National Park. And the beaches here are perfect and easy to walk on because they are more firm than the beaches in the Gulf area.

Fabulous Retreat

Perfect winter get away. Clean and restful decor. Awesome Views of the ocean from balcony and master bedroom . I would give this condo five stars.

Bliss!

Our stay in Crescent Beach was wonderful! We had our two granddaughters, 6yrs old and 3 yrs old, and the condo was perfect. The pools were always sparkling and clean, the beach was awesome and such a short walk for those little legs! We felt very at home here. The trip to St. Augustine was an easy drive for sight seeing.

Crescent Beach paradise

My wife and I totally enjoyed our week at this lovely Crescent Beach condo. Perfect location for the beach and close to St Augustine for fine dining etc. The description of this condo is exact. The Wifi and entertainment center is great. We will be coming back to this exceptional location.

Excellent family beach getaway!!!

Our family loved the condo, the beach and the St. Augustine area! It was a perfect spring break destination for a family. The beach & the pool were not crowded. Many restaurants and sights to see! We loved downtown St. Augustine - the shoppes were so cute and quaint. The condo is exactly as described.

Quiet Family Vacation

The property is located on a nice stretch of beach without excessive crowds. It was a great place to go and relax without a bunch of nearby tourist traps yet it was close enough to St. Augustine to allow for sight seeing, shopping and dining. The pool at the property was kept very clean and beach access was convenient. The accomodations themselves were very nice with a pleasant view of the Atlantic.

Awesome! Everything that has been said about this condo is true. We were there for an anniversary trip snd Marissa suggested The Collage Restaurant. Beautiful, romantic and delicious food! The local restaurants were good too!

Great Stay

Online process for renting condo was easy and condo was just as pictured. Great area with plenty to do. Pool and beach were so close and never crowded. Would highlyrecommend!!
