We booked this property for a girls weekend. The owners made it such a seamless process and have a beautiful set up. Each room is intentional and decorated super cute. The owners thought of everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were Walking distance to shops and restaurants which was a huge plus. This property is a must stay if you are headed to St. Augustine. 10/10!!!! Thank you!

St Augustine delight
This property is beautifully appointed and the pictures are 100% accurate. We were very comfortable and it was an easy drive over the bridge. Walking is definitely an option but the extreme heat was an issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The property was nicely decorated in all rooms, kitchen and all areas well stocked, comfy beds and quiet. We loved how central the place was to all the attractions downtown and the beach. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again. (Suggestions: tighten light within ceiling fan as it was loose when pulling chain. Slider door to bathroom could use new track and wheels as roll was not smooth). None of these suggestions change my review.

The Prettiest and Most Well-Appointed Spot!
We had SUCH a wonderful stay at Andy and Renee’s property! The place is beautifully furnished and decorated - one of the nicest decorated rentals I’ve ever stayed in. They have really maximized the potential of a two-bedroom place! And they truly have thought of everything - we were so impressed by little touches like ziploc bags in the kitchen, aloe vera in the bathroom, laundry detergent, lots of cooking equipment, children’s books, and a coffee bar. The beds were cozy and comfortable and the screened in porch (with a fan!) was the perfect spot for coffee and a book in the mornings. We loved being able to walk to Mellow Mushroom and weren’t more than a 10 minute drive away from beaches, downtown St. Augustine, ice cream and lots of restaurants. And Andy and Renee were super communicative and easy to reach and so nice! We would absolutely stay here again!

I'm picky and this was perfect
I'm usually very picky staying at places due to past experiences. But this place was perfect every detail was thought of, it was cleaner than 5 star resorts I've stayed at. I didn't need for anything. The neighborhood was quite and right near all the restaurants and museums. A literal 5 minute drive. My only regret is not staying longer, I'll definitely be back again this place is top tier.

Bliss in Saint Augustine
Everything was great at Renee and Andy’s condo! They responded quickly to the few questions I had and were very pleasant to communicate with. My friend and I stayed in their condo Mother’s Day weekend to celebrate my best friends wedding in Saint Augustine. The condo was located perfectly between the wedding venue and the beach where my sister was staying, it was less than a 10 minute drive to both. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was a nice area to walk around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is going to visit Saint Augustine.

St Augustine get-away
Enjoyed our week long stay exploring St Augustine and TPC Sawgrass. This condo was very clean and quiet. It was away from the congestion of St Augustine but within a half mile of where all the action was. An ideal location! Furniture and bed were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion would be for more outlets to charge phones and iPads.

Disappointing
The photos accurately represent the decor and it is a cute apartment. Unfortunately, it is located in an extremely busy area. The noise from the Coastal Highway and the saloon, which are directly behind the apartment, made it impossible to sit out on the balcony. We were unaware that Bike Week was taking place, so in addition to loud music at the saloon the first 2 nights, there was constant noise from all of the loud motorcycles for the entire 6-night stay. The kitchen has the basic essentials. Although the apartment was clean, the shower curtain and the bath towels smelt musty when wet and the sliding bathroom door needs adjusting. It is very difficult to close and scrapes on the floor. The sectional sofa is not comfortable.

Truly top rental experience
We had 4 guests all 50 and over. We stayed the weekend prior to going on a cruise. Renee and Andy were very easy to work with and gave plenty of tips for the BEST weekend. Their home is extremely clean, inviting and the beds!!! You'll never ever find a rental with the same comfort. If we ever make it back to St Augustine we'll definitely be staying here again. A great place to stay.
We chose to stay here because of the the great reviews and how close to all the attractions it was. It was super clean, the kitchen had everything you would need to cook, and you could walk to the restaurants near there. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the area was peaceful. We enjoyed a very peaceful but fun filled stay.

Best of both worlds jem
This is the ideal place to stay in St Augustine. Close enough to walk to most places, yet far enough to be a tranquil place to call home. The stay was perfect, the unit was uber clean, all kitchen items you could think of in the full kitchen. This is an absolute peaceful retreat, yet minutes from everything. If i could rate everything 10 stars I would! Communication was beyond fantastic. The screened in back porch is so nice. It was fully stocked with towels, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, even games for both adults and kids. Additionally they even had some kids books. We will be making this our go to spot. Having spent summers in St Augustine growing up, this place is truly the best of both worlds for being close to all of the action, yet far enough away to be a quiet retreat. It is 100 times better than staying at a hotel. Very, very highly recommended!
