Fully functioning kitchen seats 3 on the bar and the beautiful bamboo dining table seats another 8! Stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of counter space, pots and pans and lots of dishes make for a comfortable spot to whip up a meal or order in!

There's lots of room for everyone to find their cozy spot for themselves or snuggle with loved ones on the big roomy couch and watch the bog TV! The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the living area a bright and happy spot to hang out in! The sliding doors lead to the wrap around balcony! The balcony also offers a great spot to enjoy sunsets or a morning song of the ocean waves!

The spacious master bedroom has its own tv, and a balcony for those morning coffees! A barn door leads to the ensuite bath, and a huge walk-in closet. One guest room features bunk beds with a Queen bed below and an XL twin above. The second guest room features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, plenty of storage space and access to a balcony!

There are 2 grills provided. The big grill is propane, propane tank is provided. The smaller grill Bring or buy charcoal and enjoy a night grilling burgers or hot dogs out on the grill.

Cowboy Soaking Pool
The Cowboy Pool is a small soaking pool and is not secured by a fence or a cover of any kind. Parents accept the risk and are responsible for ensuring their child(ren)'s safety in and around the soaking pool. Children should not play outside without an adult present at all times.

There are 5 parking spots, 2 covered. There's plenty of parking for big vehicles as well as room for a boat.
