Oyster Creek Studio is a charming private suite tucked above the garage of a beautifully restored 1930s home in St. Augustine’s sought-after Aiken Park neighborhood. This cozy studio offers a peaceful blend of old Florida charm and modern comfort, just minutes from historic downtown, local restaurants, and the beaches.

The Space
Your private studio features a comfortable king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note there is no bathtub. The studio-style layout gives you everything you need in one thoughtfully designed space.
The property sits on a quiet, tree-lined street near the water, creating a relaxing setting with beautiful natural surroundings and glimpses of Oyster Creek.

A Note on Our Natural Florida Setting
Because the home is located near the water, guests can enjoy local birds, greenery, and the peaceful atmosphere that makes this part of St. Augustine so special. As with any natural Florida setting, you may occasionally notice local wildlife, insects, or pollinators around the property.

A train track also runs nearby. It may occasionally be heard in the background, adding to the nostalgic character of the neighborhood. Most guests find it ambient and not disruptive.

Outdoor Amenities
Guests have shared access to the back patio and in-ground pool, located within a fully fenced backyard with a spacious paver deck. It’s a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine, listen to the birds, and unwind after a day of exploring St. Augustine.
Pool floats and outdoor games are available on request — just let us know and we’ll get them out for you.

Good to Know
Heather and her friendly boxer, Archie, live in the main house. Outdoor areas, including the pool and patio, are shared.

To keep the pool, landscaping, and outdoor spaces in great condition, the property has regularly scheduled weekly maintenance. During your stay, you may occasionally see the host or a professional technician working outside. Your privacy will always be respected, and no one will enter your private studio without your permission.
