The space
THE SPACE

Casa de la Costa is a charming brick home with a warm, coastal feel. Think natural textures, soft neutrals, and thoughtful details throughout. No cookie-cutter vacation rental here.

Inside, the family room centers on a full brick fireplace wall with a live-edge wood coffee table, mid-century lounge chairs, and plenty of natural light from the sliding glass doors that open straight to the backyard. An arched hallway leads to three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, smart TV, and coastal-inspired decor down to the coral bedside lamps and hanging pillow headboards.

Two full bathrooms keep things comfortable for everyone, and the all-in-one washer/dryer means you can pack light, especially helpful for longer stays or beach weeks.

The kitchen has a vintage charm that fits the character of the house, fully equipped with everything you need to cook a real meal or just brew your morning coffee.

But the real star is outside. The fenced backyard is your private outdoor oasis: a 15'x30' pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, a covered pergola with wicker lounge seating and string lights for those warm Florida evenings, and an outdoor dining area set up for al fresco meals. There's also a casual sport court for pickleball or games.

Parking is generous, with room for up to 6 vehicles plus dedicated boat/trailer parking, which is rare in this area. Two public boat ramps are just a few minutes away, making Casa de la Costa an ideal base for boaters and anglers.

Fast WiFi throughout the house keeps everyone connected, whether you're working remotely, streaming, or just posting your pool pics.


GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire home and private backyard including the pool, pergola lounge, outdoor dining area, sport court, and all parking areas. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Casa de la Costa sits in a quiet residential neighborhood just 4 miles (about 10 minutes) from the heart of St. Augustine's historic district, the oldest city in the United States. Walk the cobblestone streets, explore Castillo de San Marcos, grab dinner on St. George Street, or take a ghost tour after dark.
The beach is also about 10 minutes away, with easy access to both St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park. Two boat ramps are just minutes from the house for anyone bringing a boat.
You're close to everything but tucked away in a neighborhood where you can actually relax when you get home.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The pool is unheated and chlorine-maintained. Florida sun keeps it comfortable most of the year, but it may be cool during winter months (roughly December through February). No pool fence, so please supervise children at all times.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, and the family room. Outside, the private fenced backyard is all yours, including the pool, covered pergola with lounge seating, outdoor dining area, and sport court. Parking areas for vehicles and boats/trailers are also fully accessible. The washer/dryer is available for guest use. The only areas not accessible to guests are the locked utility/storage closet in the garage

Other things to note
The pool is unheated and chlorine-maintained. Florida sun keeps it comfortable for most of the year, but water temperatures can be cool from December through February. The pool area is enclosed by a perimeter fence around the backyard but there is no separate pool barrier or child safety fence. The sliding glass doors that access the pool area are equipped with door alarms that sound when opened. Please supervise children at all times around the pool.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and backyard/pool area. Cameras monitor outdoor spaces only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Boat and trailer parking is available on the property. Two public boat ramps are located just a few minutes from the house.

The home is on a quiet residential street. We ask that guests be respectful of neighbors, especially after 10pm.
