This 3rd floor condo is newly renovated as of February 2026. New photos to come! This condo has a fabulous view of the ocean from its large, private balcony. The living room is beautifully decorated with a custom “Greetings from Florida” wall mural perfect for vacations photo ops and has a new oversized comfy Joy Bird sofa that will comfortably seat 5. With two additional barrel chairs that allows for a seating of 7. The kitchen has upgraded counter tops and has a top-of-the-line double oven that includes an Air Fryer. The kitchen also has great additions such as two types of coffee maker including a Keurig, and a crockpot for easy dinners. This dining room has a beautiful mid-century modern dining table with seating for 6, 3 additions seats at the quartz island. This condo is fully equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a new, pillow top king bed, and the private en suite bath has a new walk-in shower. There is a queen and a twin in the second bedroom and twin bunks in the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest.”

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
