Enjoy the second story balcony of this amazing condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool! Once you journey inside, you will be greeted by relaxing sea blue paint and new furniture throughout the living room and a Smart TV with Roku. The dining room table has seating for 6, but the open kitchen area gives you the space to cook for many more! This kitchen boasts new appliances, granite counter tops, a Keurig brewer that is K-Cup and drip compatible, as well as all the cooking essentials. As you enter the primary bedroom, you’ll find a brand-new king-size bed with new bedding! Enjoy your private bathroom and private balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed and there are now 4 twin-sized beds in the Crow’s Nest, making it perfect for the little ones! This condo is complete with a water softener and a full-size washer and dryer.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
