Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

The location is just half a block from St George Street, which is where we spend most of our time. The parking space across the street is a definite plus. We love sitting on the porch of an evening and watching the people go by. The glass coffee table in the living room will kill your shins if you're not careful. This was our second time staying there, and I'm sure it won't be our last.

Location location. We were able to park and not move the car to explore all of historic St Augustine. The drive to the beach is short and easy. The apartment was excellent and the host quick to respond if needed. We highly recommend and hope to return one day.

After we parked and headed to St. George Street for lunch he texted and said that we were able to also get into our unit! That was much appreciated. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Very cute, spacious apt… the back deck and balcony were so nice to have! We only stayed one night but it would be great to spend more time there. Overall this is a great property except for a couple of things. The plumbing fixtures could be addressed in the bathroom. No drain plugs and the main water outlet in the tub needs some type of repair. The other is the water pressure. Admittedly this is a St Augustine area issue but not everywhere. Otherwise great experience, clean, easy walking to everything. Nice balconies. We are always moving around this area for years. This one is high on the return list.
