« We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

« The location of this cottage was perfect for a beach vacation. Right on the sand and water Beautiful view. However there was no screen on the front door except a torn up cloth thing that did not work so unable to leave the door open to enjoy the beautiful view. Very inconvenient going in and out allowing swarms of flies to enter Bedroom doors did not close. One bedroom had no mirror while the other one had two. Toilet seat in very bad condition. I would return if the cottage was fixed up. I...

« Did not realize the cottage had no air conditioning. We were traveling in the middle of a heat advisory. Even with the ceiling fan and a second box fan, the cottage was too warm to sleep in and we had to make other arrangements »

« Great veiw and the cabins are nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the water then swiched to the 3 bedroom off the water. And both were nice. The family had a good time the 2 weeks we were there. »

« We enjoyed our stay in Cabin 4. Access to the beach was great, and the cabin was clean and had all the basic things we needed. Our only complaint was that the floor, while swept clean before our arrival, was in dire need of a deep scrubbing. It was grimy and left our feet feeling dirty (again, I’m not talking about sand here). Other than that, we were very content with our stay and were thrilled that this property was dog-friendly. We’d give it a B overall. »
