Our stay at this beautiful home was just what the Dr. ordered. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the house was super clean, the pool water was heated to the perfect temperature & there was plenty of towels for both showers and the pool. We truly did not want to leave. I’m sure with my Mom recently moving to this area, we will be renting this beautiful home quite again. Thank you for having us!!

This was the perfect rental for the holiday week. I was able to make my families favorite holiday food because the kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan and cooking utensils that I needed. Very comfy fluffy chairs were often fought over and we built puzzles on the ping pong table. Easy access to the outside to watch the boats go by.

My family is spread out all along the east coast and chose this lovely spot to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The home was spacious enough for the madness of cooking a meal for the 8 of us staying at the property, plus 2 more dinner guests - with space for relaxing and hanging out together both inside and outdoors.

This house is amazing! So clean and spacious. The location is also great. We enjoyed kayaking on the canals and rented a pontoon boat and were able to use the dock. The kitchen also had everything we needed (the outdoor kitchen is amazing) It is a quiet spot on the cup de sac. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Father's Day Getaway!

The house was lovely and perfect for a family vacation. It's located on a canal that leads to the gulf. Fishing from the dock was fun and plentiful! We took the 4 kayaks out to the gulf and saw several dolphins. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of our cooking needs. We had a blast playing games that were provided in the game room. Everything was wonderful and enjoyable!

Amazing Home

This home is beautiful. Perfect location pool was amazing. Outdoor kitchen was clutch. We spent so much time outdoors in that space We use the kayaks, which was so fun. We did not use the fire pit because it was too hot. My nephews used the fishing rods. It was just such a great five days. I would recommend this home highly and would book it again Thank you so much

Relaxing in Coastal FL

This house was great for 4 couples! We relaxed by the pool, cooking inside & out. The shed was well stocked with fishing supplies, making it easy to fish & watch wildlife from the dock. The kayaks were great for paddling to the gulf. Nice neighborhood for walking. Jessica made check in & out easy, responding quickly to our messages. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Relaxing and decompressing

This property was perfect for an unwinding and relaxing vacation! We just wanted to spend time together and slow the pace of life. The house provided the space to do just that! We did venture to a local beach one day, but the kids all requested we return to the house and they spent the rest of the day playing in the pool! We would definitely stay there again!

Great house to unwind

This house was spacious with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a relaxing time away from the grind. Would highly recommend it. It's about an hour away from the heart of Tampa so if you need to get your city fix its not bad; otherwise the house is perfect to just stay in and relax. Amazing outdoor space with pool and kitchen. And the kayaks provided with the house were a great bonus.

Beautiful Property, Very Responsive Host

Numerous amenities on this property that we were unable to use due to the unseasonal weather that occurred during our stay but the large areas that exist to congregate in this beautiful home made up for that. When a small incident arose during our stay the host went out of her way to address the issue in a very prompt and more than thorough manner. Very impressed! Enjoyable Stay

Our amily had a lovely stay during our ThanxMas gathering. We enjoyed the kayaks and saw several dolphins during our outings. The grills a wonderful feature, the couch was perfect for game watching, and the beds were the most comfortable of all the rentals we've stayed at in this area. The pool was in excellent condition, and the outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. We hope to return.

Fun on the Weeki Wachee!

If you are looking for a VRBO with amazing outdoor space, no need to look further!! Our party spent 99% of the time we were at the property outside in the pool, grilling, watching football and kayaking from the dock. We rented a boat one day, and pulled right up to the property, and then went and spent the day in the Gulf of Mexico. The communication with the host was stellar, and check in and out was easy and smooth. Highly recommend this experience. Some of our favorite things we did were the Weeki Wachee State park for kayaking down the river and the mermaid show, a sunset and glow kayak experience, boating in the Gulf, and found a trail that we walked right across the street. On that trail we saw birds, deer and an alligator!! Our favorite drink and bar food was the Upper Deck, favorite "nice" dinner was Brian's Place, and we highly recommend Thousand Island cafe in Spring Hill for breakfast. The friendliness and hospitality of the people in this area was a real treat. If you want to explore the Weeki Wachee, book this property!

Great house for family fishing and exploring

If you want to have a place to relax with family and get some fishing in this place was great. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a well stock fishing shack with fishing poles and tackle for both light and heavy fishing. You can walk to the live Bait shop it is so close. There are cast nets and even live shrimp buckets. We fished both the dock and in the Kayaks .We caught many different types of fish including Sea Trout and Jack Crevalle. You can catch Catfish 24/7 from the dock. The Outdoor Patio was great to have family over for a sea food dinner by the pool while the sun was setting. You do get some sound from a local bar that fortunately plays good music. The beds were very comfortable. The master bathroom Jacuzzi tub is the real deal. It really works nice. The host was as pleasant as I have ever dealt with. I don't think I ever waited more than an 20 minutes for a response when I sent a message to her.

Great home for a family
