He was abrupt in his communication which felt rude. It was not a welcoming start to our stay. The hotel room was clean, the water pressure was excellent and the beds were ok. « The jacuzzi tub was great to relax the muscles after a day of adventure and exploration although we unfortunately had to clean it ourselves before use as there were footprints with sand and dirt within it.
