« Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. »

« Our flight cancellation forced us to a stay in St Vincent. The hotel is conveniently placed inbetween downtown Kingstown and the airport, right in front of Young Island. We got a really nice welcome by the elegant reception lady, who offered, without us even asking, a late check-out! Reeves is an amazing host that really take care of his guests: he was helpful with picking me up at the airport when I arrived and showing me around the island. « Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms typical Holiday Inn which is what we needed for 1 night. Spacious, clean and comfortable! Great little restaurant very close by. Easy walk. Grocery store and pharmacy also close by and easy walk. Only complaint is bathroom light is motion activated so when you get up in the middle of the night it comes on. Bright and shocking! »

The bed was comfortable, We only wish it was bigger ;) The location is perfect, not too far from town and not too far from AIA. Property was properly secured. The price is unmatched! « Séjour trop bref dans ce superbe hôtel, le plus ancien de Kingstown (1814) ancien entrepôt à sucre restauré avec art. Belle chambre calme avec des boiseries chaleureuses. Notre avion partant le lendemain très tôt, nous avons dû le quitter à 5 h 30 du matin et ne savons rien des services proposés, mais l'accueil fut charmant. Il est en centre ville mais l'environnement n'est pas à la hauteur, et le nouvel aéroport (l'ancien, trop juste pour des gros porteurs vient de fermer) est à 30 mn en taxi....
