'very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

'My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. '

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'This hotel was a good value for our one night stay compared to the other hotels in the same area that were more expensive. The staff were very friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. There is a restaurant and bar onsite which was nice. The hotel needs an update as the decor is outdated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Located close to Mohegan Sun Casino.'

'The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.'

'Check-in took more than an hrs. Electronic check-in didn't work. Signage to get around casinos is HORRIBLE with few ppl around to ask directions from. Not everyone wants to spend time on their app trying to figure out ur systems.'

'You need to clean up your parking lot . It’s dirty and it stinks. That’s why I give a 4 star on condition of the property. Your staff need to be trained more with customer service. Some of them looks serious and don’t have welcoming personalities '

'The resort is large, and very beautiful. There are loads of restaurant choices, from Subway and pizza to upscale restaurants by famous chefs. We ate dinner at Hell's Kitchen, and it was fantastic. We had lunch at Martha Stewart's Bedford, and it was quite good. The spa is lovely, the pool and hot tubs were sooo relaxing, and Lisa, my masseuse was wonderful. I was there with my sisters, we had adjoining rooms, and we had a fantastic time!'
