I had to monitor my dog in the backyard because the âfenceâ was basically a mess and I didnât want her to get hurt.Inside of house was very nice, steep steps up to a beautiful master bedroom and amazing bathroom.
The purpose of my trip was to attend the NCAA Women's Basketball Sweet 16/Elite 8 games. The location was perfect, as it was a short walk to the Spokane Arena, where the games were played. The home had everything I needed for a wonderfully comfortable stay. I highly recommend it. .
We chose this location due to its proximity to the Spokane Arena, as we were attending a concert there. We were able to walk to the arena and back (about 10 mins each way) - avoiding all the traffic and cost to park. The street was well lit at night, minimal traffic and quiet. We felt safe! The home is well equipped and comfortable! We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub! Great short, get away for 3 lady friends!!
Overall we had a great stay. The house is cute and comfortable in a good location. The only issues we would recommend fixing are. 1. The hot tub seemed to not have all jets functional, and there was alot of hair and dead bugs floating in it before we got in.2. The bedding had alot of visible stains. Probably needs a better cleaning or switch to darker colors.3. A door blocking the kitchen off from the back exit would probably greatly increase the ease of heating and cooling the home. When we arrived the house was very cold, it took a couple hours to get it to a comfortable temperature. Alot of the cold air was coming from the area going to the rear door.It was a great stay though and i would stay there again especially to see if more renovations are being done because the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms were beautifully done.
We went to Spokane for a quick mid-week trip for an art show. This house had a great location close to the river walk and a nice large fenced yard, both were great for our kids and dog.
Thanks for a nice (short) stay!
