Villa Dalmatica SAVE 20 percent on Split-villas com

Villa with private heated pool is located in Split ,only 10 minutes driving from the old town.Property is surrounded with a hedge ,has a large garden with lots of olive trees and provides our guests full privacy without any fear of phisycal contact with other people besides your family members or friends.Since 2019 we offer our guests possibility of booking the holiday directly with us so it saves them service fee costs.In Homeaway it is aprox 400 euro service fee that guests have to pay to Homeaway.If you have any doubts or feel insecure about booking directly with us,we completely understand it.
Bedrooms have been renovated in 2018.We have added the possibility of having double bed or two single beds in each bedroom.Every double bed can convert to two single beds if necessary.We reply to your inquiry within 1-2 hours .We have to managed provide a huge discount for all our guests regarding excursions,car rentals,restaurants in the whole Split area.
Recently landscaped beach is 400 meters from the house with a bars,caffes and a promenade.The only golf course in this part of middle Dalmatia is 250 meters from the house near the wonderful little river that also has a promenade 4 km long.
Our pool is 35 square meters big to fit 10-12 people.It is tiled with a beautiful glass mosaic wich makes wreally bright and shiny effect.In cooler days pool has its special cover (blanket)to keep the water warm and is also heated by electrical heater.All the furniture is brand new .There is also a Fabi soccer table in the house that lot of guests found extremely fun and entertaining.
Maybe it is useful to mention that we also own 5 star villa with heated pool in Bol ,in island Brač.House can also accomodate 12 people.Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom.

First trip to Croatia and it was wonderful. Located just 15 minutes outside of downtown Split in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for my family. The host was the best part of the trip. He met us to walk through the house and then gave us excellent restaurant and site seeing activities.

This villa is amazing! We absolutely loved staying here, it was a perfect property for our group holiday (ladies aged 49-55). The room sizes are very spacious, decor is lovely and fresh, it is spotlessly clean and was well equipped to meet all our needs. On the upper floor each bedroom has access to a balcony. Downstairs kitchen and living area are open plan and is also to a very high standard. We loved relaxing in the spacious outdoor seating area which overlooks the well kept pool and garden area. Henry and his wife were so very helpful with everything , personalising our trip celebrating friends birthdays, arranging airport transfers, booking activities in advance and giving restaurant recommendations. They were super helpful and friendly and kept in contact from time of booking and throughout our stay, we couldn’t have asked for more…they were wonderful. The villa location is peaceful, yet only 50metres to a well stocked supermarket. 5-10 minute walk to the sea front, 20 minutes walk into Stobrec where we enjoyed paddleboarding with Adriatic SUP. Uber into Split took around 15 minutes. Overall this property everything we could have wanted and more! We would all come back here without hesitation and can highly recommend it in every way. We had an amazing time at this Villa. From the time I booked this property our host Henry was extremely helpful and very responsive to ALL of our inquiries. We had finished up a 2 week sailboat charter and we were looking forward to relaxing. On our arrival Henry met us and oriented our group of 12 ladies to our temporary home away from home. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us tips of where to eat (Restaurant Jure on the beach was phenomenal!!) Took us to the nearby grocery store after our arrival for a few foods/drinks. Henry was able to organize ALL of our many and varied transport needs. The pool is lovely, clean and the yard area very private. Our Host is truly exceptional and his lovely property is so comfortable and welcoming. You will not be disappointed !!! Henry, Thank you so much🥳🎉💓

This spacious villa has a perfect bedroom configuration for families and groups of friends - even though we occupied all the rooms we all felt as though we had our own space, and with three bathrooms and enough hot water for 12 people every day there were no arguments either. The kids loved the pool, the location of the villa is ideal for restaurants, nearby towns, beaches and parks, and Blanka and Henry were faultless hosts who were always on-hand if ever needed and had thought of everything in advance to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend both the villa and the hosts. Fabulous holiday in beautiful Croatia.

Due to Covid situation we cancelled bcz we weren't sure of our flight. Owner refunded us even he didn't have to .We are happy we still managed to arrive . We spent some wonderful time in Split .We felt safe since house provided us privacy .I have to mention amazing restaurant Jure They delivered food to us when we didn't feel going there for a lunch . Exelent place on the beach to enjoy your meal

The apartment was very nice and especially we appreciated the pool, which was nice and clean. Everything was in good shape, there were enough sunbeds and the aircondition worked perfectly. We will recommend this apartment strongly.

The property is perfect for family stays. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs is perfect for small children to stay. The pool is very fun friendly but the steps down needs a handrail. It is just a pity that there is no view from the Villa. But the walking down did us good. Also the taxi which Henri gave us to use was brilliant..

We had such a great stay at Henrys and blancas house. They were so welcoming and friendly and the house was very good. Clean, comfortable beds, great pool and a short walk to the supermarket and to the beach. I would definately go back to this beautiful house and place! Thank you Henry and Blanca!

Henry was very helpful accommodating our large group. The villa was very comfortable and well facilitated. We were a bit early in the season for the weather but the outside area would be great in the summer and there is a good bbq.

Excellent accueil des hôtes. Villa très agréable à vivre. Confort et et équipements irréprochables. Très simple d'accès. Henry nous a trouvé un excellent chauffeur privé disponible jour et nuit et Blanka nous a conseillé sur de beaux lieux à découvrir. Je recommande à 100% cette location.

We had a wonderful stay at Blanka’s and Henry's place. The place was perfect for 3 families with 3 bathrooms and plenty of space for the kids to run around and swim!! They were also exceptional hosts in helping us with getting restaurants and tours sorted at better prices and quick in responding to any queries. This certainly made our stay much more relaxing and added to our whole holiday experience. They own several villas at different places so even not available it s worth asking for other places bcz stuning photos .Looking forward to come back

Were not shure what to expect in early october with weather in croatia and with house that had pictures to good to be real. On our arrival day we have realised that house is realy nice . Pool nice and warm . Super wellcoming host and great recommendation for restaurant Jure Must try delicius fresh fish We will highly recommend this amazing lux place and area . Villan stämmer väl överens med de bilder som finns i annonsen, även beskrivningen stämmer. Vi var 6 vuxna och 5 barn ( 6-14år) och vi trivdes bra. Bra med utrymme i sovrummen och ett kök som innehöll allt som behövdes. Poolen gjorde vistelsen perfekt då barnen formligen bodde i den när vi var i huset. Gott om solsängar vilket gjorde att alls kunde njuta av vädret. 5 min promenad till affär, bageri och kafé, strandpromenaden ligger precis nedanför och håller på att renoveras. Huset var rent och snyggt skött. Blanca och Henry var fantastiskt gästvänliga när vi var på plats. Enkelt att hålla kontakt och fråga om allt möjligt via Whats Up. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vecka i Villa Dalmatica och kan varmt rekommendera det.

The house was fully equipped and roomy in all the right places. We had a great time splashing around in the heated pool, enjoyed family dinners at the big dining table, and spent hours at the fussball table. Henry and Blanka are absolutely lovely people, very laid-back and always ready to help out. The weather was not always great so having Netflix was also welcome. Henry's recommendations for dining out were excellent. Thanks for everything!
