You'll love being guest in this comfortable and well equipped studio near beach as your base for exploring Split.

It's located on 2nd floor of the residential building with an elevator in a quiet residential area near the most popular beach in Split.

It has a balcony with table and chairs for you to enjoy your stay sipping drinks and enjoying dinner.

For ideal temperture it's air conditioned, has a 32“ LED TV with cable channels and dining table is extendable.

Our comfortable double bed has a sliding door and cozy futon chair extendable bed is 180 cm long.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a hair dryer and washing machine.

All equipment in the studio - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

For your safety studio is equipped with first aid kit.

**** House rules:

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 15 EUR.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but is at balcony.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the studio tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the building.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 3 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the studio and balcony.

Free street parking is available 0-3 minutes walking from the studio.

There are no shared areas in or around the building.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This apartment is just 5 minutes walk to the beach Znjan, one of the most popular beaches in Split.

It's ideal for couples and young people as it has lots of restaurants and beach bars.

Beach Znjan is located in eastern part of Split and it is easily accessible by car because it has a big parking lot.

You can get to Znjan Beach from the city centre by bus line 8 or 15 (more in „getting around“ part of description)

Closest grocery store is just 1 min walking.

**** Getting around:

Bus station is within two minutes walking.

It takes about 10 min of public transport ride to the center or 6-8 min by car.

Bus lines:

Line No. 8 – Žnjan – Tržnica – Zvončac – Tržnica – Žnjan (take this bus from Trznica (Green Market opposite Silver Gate) bus stop. This is a circular route, and it doesn’t matter in which direction you go, you will end up in Znjan. It departs 2-3 times per hour from 5:30 to 22:30. From last stop in Znjan you have to walk for 10 minutes to reach the beach area.

Line No.15 Duilovo-Žnjan-Tr.luka-Duilovo. This bus stops much closer to the Znjan beach. Ask the driver for more info.

Ticket price is 11 kn (1.5 EUR) and you can buy it from the driver.

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.
