'Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

'Barry was an absolutely wonderful host. He provided us with a walkthrough and history lesson about the castle. My children had a blast exploring everything and even playing the hardest game of hide and seek you can imagine. We would absolutely stay here again and hope we can sometime in the future. '
