The apartment is located in the historic center of Spello, has two bedrooms with double beds, a sitting room with a sofa bed that can offer an additional double bed on request, two bathrooms, a living area with fully equipped kitchenette and table.
Built within the Roman walls about 1.5 m thick, parts of which can be seen from inside the apartment itself, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. The apartment offers besides the use of a common public courtyard.

Furnished with handmade furniture in typical Umbrian style, in the living room there is a double sofa bed, the kitchenette, equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, is fully equipped, perfect for trying the typical products that you can easily buy in the village.
The structure was opened in the nineties and has always been carried out with a spirit of familiarity and hospitality. In case of need, the owners, who live a few meters from the apartments, will be available to assist guests.
The structure is not suitable for disabled people. There are 5 free public car parks near the hotel (the closest is a 5-minute walk and the farthest 12-minute walk), it is possible to park for loading / unloading luggage in front of the structure.
