'Clean room, good shower'

'From the staff to the property, it exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night but they were pet friendly and that was important. The room was clean and the sheets and towels didn’t feel cheap or gross. We will definitely stay again if we are ever traveling this direction again.'

'The carpet and floor were sticky. The front desk moved me to another room, but it was still sticky. It had an old file smell on the carpets. I just left. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. I left and found another place across town. I couldn't tolerate the smell and the old furniture there.'

'This was the worst hotel we ever tried to stay in got there checked in went to our room the room was trashed and had to use the stairs Elevator didn’t work we got another room this one only had sheets on it no pillow cases no blankets it looked like where someone would stay if you wanted to buy drugs or rent a hooker I cried in the parking lot i was so scared luckily we was able to get another room at there baumont hotel next door we are going to try and get our money back through PayPal I do...

'I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made.'

'At the price point we payed we fully expected dated and no amenities but not disgusting! The tub was so disgusting we put the bath mat INSIDE of it to stand on. The surfaces had traces of food and drink rings from the guest before us. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirror from the guest before us. There was no toilet paper. The floors had visible bugs and hair and the bedding had rings. Directly upon arrival we went to the front office and told them the condition of the room and asked...

'Usually I give this location 5 stars but i don't know if they were having a/c problems or what but as soon as i got off the elevator the hallway and room were muggy and damp this time.'

'The room was clean and spacious , had problem with some pillows ,had a weird smell to them smelt like mildew but I inform housekeeping and they change it out for some new ones, also the air conditioning was good but needs the filter change in it, breakfast was not that great ,otherwise the stay was okay .'
