« The house was perfect for my entire family along with spouses. Everybody had a bedroom to sleep in the kitchen was great for cooking. We used the grill outside and the neighborhood was beautiful. The house was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again with my family. We had a fantastic time. »

The property is beautiful and it is perfect for large groups who don't want to share beds (there are 26 beds total). Almost every room has an ensuite. The setting is beautiful and the sound of the brook nearby is so peaceful. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful trip. We walked to Sundance Resort every day. « Overall a great stay. There is not any A/C in the building so the upstairs loft was hot and stuffy even with the large portable unit in the upstairs bedroom. The house did cool off in the evening. (We stayed during August) It had a large back deck but some of it was blocked for safety reasons. The pictures make it look like there is a larger back area than there really is. Parking is tight so plan ahead and carpool. »

« Very satisfied with our stay! Spot was cozy and well-kept. It's a sturdy cabin in the mountains, so there were a few spiders, but nothing that one wouldn't expect with just being so far up the mountains. Stayed in August and a little concerned about temperature without an A/C, but it stayed cool indoors and we were comfortable the whole time! Hot tub may have been between cleanings, but the necessary supplies to clean it out were close by, so didn't prove much of a problem. Would love to stay...

« The house is very spacious with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and media room. The media room setup is great for families because it is the only TV in a community area, so any TV watching is intentional nd not just background noise. Our teen son also loved the piano and was surprised by the player piano option. Just be sure to use Apple Maps - Google had us in the wrong location on the street! »

« The Applewood House is one of the most beautiful locations in Sundance. It’s a short walk to the Spa and hub of services. My dear friends and yoga enthusiasts loved opening our arms on the deck each morning to the beautiful sunrise. All of the cutlery and dishes have been upgraded and each room equipped with fans.
