'Quiet gated community. Missing out the access card to fully enjoy the perks of this area.'

'The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once...

'The property was new and clean, with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. It is very close proximity to Robina train station. Would stay here again.'

'Against: soap rack in shower broken off. The non slip shower mat was dirty. Lots of bugs in the light fittings. Carpet wrinkled. The bowl in the laundry cupboard has some sort of unidentified dirt on it. FORS Exactly where we wanted to be. Great view. Within walking distance to all amenities as well as light rail. Staff was excellent and went the extra mile to help us on checked out.'

'The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead. All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I. Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose). Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night....

'No black out curtains in lounge room as well as shears and black out on one side. Constant tap fiddle needed to end dripping leak in kitchen sink.'

'Zicht over haven en strand. We hadden een suite dus hebben we kunnen onze strand spullen wassen voorsat we ze terug in de bagage moesten stoppen.'

'De kamers zijn ruim. Wel moet je de handoeken zelf wassen van het hotel, je krijgt geen nieuwe set. Er staat een wasmachine en droger op de kamer. Naast het hotel wordt gebouwd door meriton. Ze beginnen al om 0630 met bouwen, dat geeft overlast voor de kamers aan de zuid zijde. De appartementen zijn ruim uitgerust met een keuken en veel apparatuur. Het balkon is ruim en heeft plek voor 2 om te zitten. De bedden zijn goed!'

'The views from level 10 were amazing of mountains, street and ocean. It was a very spacious unit and had everything we needed.'

'Hotel was pleasingly good. Well appointed and decorated. We were on the 24th floor with a fantastic sea/city view. Walking to Cavill Ave was about 10 minutes along the beach. Beach was good and had flags for the kids. Northcliffe Surf Lifesaving around the corner was on point for breakfast. Good gym, pool and sauna. Parking underneath for cars. It is in a bit of a construction zone currently, but this didn't bother us at all as we were up early/ish. I'd stay again.'
