'The staff member checking in was very slow and confusing. The staff member the next morning was excellent. The room was as expected and smelled fresh and clean.'

'Nice Place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean and large room. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.'

'This motel appeared to have been bought by a family from India. They were anxious to help and do things. I suspect the previous owners had not kept it up and they are doing a good job of fixing things. Attached to the motel is a bridge that takes you to a great spot to watch the sunrise. There are no restaurants close but are several across the bridge.'

'Mooi, vrij nieuw hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Vooral cool Tara… lekker restaurant en bar erbij.'

'Gave us that was still occupied even though it wasn't supposed to be. Suite was nice but only the TV in bedroom worked. Bathroom was small made for 1 person no counterpart as it was for their fancy above the counter sink. Without a little luck could not adjust temp of the room. These things made it difficult to relax and sleep.'

'This is an exceptionally unique property! This was our second stay at the retreat and our only negative comments are (1) we could only stay one short night, and (2) there were no fireflies!'

'It was a cute, quaint little place with a gorgeous view of the Mississippi. The room was clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and the room decor was very nice. It wasn't a real big room, but it was fine for the two of us. We would definitely stay there again.'
