« Plutot que d’attendre 9h a l’aeroport entre deux correspondances surtout si la premiere est un long courrier , prendre une chambre sur plsce est plus confortable »

« We arrived at the facility at 2:50PM and our King suite wasn’t clean or ready so we had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes. During our wait, the Lady at the front desk failed to mention that the King suite with 2 King beds/2 baths, that we purchased via Hotels.com, was already rented out. Unbeknownst to us, she gave us a King suite with only 1 King sized bed and the second bedroom had a Queen sized bed. We didn’t find this out until we were given room keys and left the lobby to view the room....

« My family and I spend 2 nights on suites same price BUT very different in everything...one was on 9 floor and the other 3 floor, both in corners so means bigger suites i guess...oh well in 3 floor, the housekeeper fixed beds, trash out, took the dirty towels but did not leave us clean, no hand soap or body lotion, the shower curtain ripped, in here I make responsable to the supervisors. « Les chambres sont en fait des "suites" avec salon, table et cuisine, le tout assez spacieux. Pour le prix proposé, franchement c'est un séjour excellent ! le petit déjeuner est copieux, le personnel sympathique et accueillant. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation ! »

« Definitely not worth the price. I should have paid a bit more to have an hotel closer downtown or at least close to something, and with better rooms. There was hair left on the shower's wall from previous client, bathroom's fan wasn't working, coffee machine in the room was also not working. The elevator stopped working for a while one night. They had great communication, place was clean and had everything we needed, the entire community was really nice and quiet. We ended up extending our stay by 2 days and they made that process fast and easy. It’s extremely dog friendly too. »

« Para o preco, ótimo. Considerações a serem feitas: colado do aeroporto, os aviões passam acima do hotel, mas, não incomodou. Não ha limpezas diárias, mas, vc pode pedir toalhas, papel higiênico, pano de chão etc. Vc tem de jogar seu lixo fora. A cada 14 dias, apenas, há uma faxina por parte do hotel. »

« I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come...

« My husband & brother had a softball tournament in Grapevine,TX all weekend. Games after games they played teams after teams having a good time. After their fun it was time to unwind and retire. They came to your establishment to check in and was greeted by the manager. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and went beyond making my family feel comfortable and at home. « We had a great stay! The receptionist was super kind and very helpful! Our room was easy to find and clean!! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was perfect for our one night stay! If we ever come back to Fort Worth we will book this hotel again! »
