'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Hotel was clean and room was thoughtfully furnished. The ocean and pool views from our room were amazing. Location was also great - 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Surfers Paradise Beach shopping area.'
