'Very clean and easy to check in. Stayed 1night and the cost on a room in the area is outrageous. Had a procedure at Sonny Brook with a follow up the next day. Finding an affordable room made it less stressful. Great sleep and bedding and towels. Strongly recommend staying at any residence when available.'

'Staffs are generally very helpful. Appreciate whilst it's not a 5 star hotel, it's very new & clean inside the room. I agree that we may not need daily cleanup but would be good to throw away rubbish & change floor mat in bathroom everyday, especially when the room is occupied by a family of 3 or 4 persons.

'The renovated room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked & used the desk, coffetable and loveseat. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast coffee, muffin & apple. There is plenty of free parking and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. During our 3-night stay, we did see 2 wandering earwigs but they are harmless.'
