'Didn’t notice anything about pets but the gym was a nice big area.'

'The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!'

I understand but at least give me a heads up. Maybe she was busy or a bad day, but I am not staying there agian. Breakfast was what we were hoping would be great as usual but didn't. '

'The ice machine on our floor, closest to our room was broken and evidently for some time. Pool was nice but a little on cool side for a heated pool. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were great. Bartender was great at giving advice on some great hangout places. '

'Prachtige ruime kamer met meer dan voldoende plaats voor het gezin. Ook fijn dat de lavabo niet in de badkamer was zodat je je toch met meer tegelijk kon klaarmaken. Ook de ontbijtruimte was huiselijk aangkleed en ontbrak aan niets. Alles was ook zeer proper. Heel aangenaam hotel!'

'Kitchen was not fully equipped. Either you had to pay a 19.99 or 39.99 deposit to get the dishes to cook. Also the room we stayed in, had no chair to sit at the table. '

'Booking did not show remodeling. Pool, hot tub and everything was unavailable. I ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for more. They said they would send it to my room. Over an hour later I had to go back to the same person and the front desk and ask again. Poor amenities and service. Hotel was dirty from construction. Worst experience ever at a Residence Inn and there was no price adjustment. It should have been closed. '
