We're sorry to hear you didn't have the best stay. We've two large hot water heaters for the whole hotel, so we'll have to take a look into the issue as it sounds unusual for our setup. We're also surprised to hear our breakfast described as limited, beings it is a hot breakfast and not the typical, limited continental breakfast found at hotels in the area with a comparable price point. Next time you stay, take a minute to make a suggestion. We've actually tried a number of suggestions over the years, though they don't always become popular with our guests ("yes" to the biscuits and gravy, and "yes" to the scrambled eggs and sausage, but "no" to the yogurt with toppings and "no" to the hard boiled eggs). So we hope to consider your suggestion as well. Thank you.

We would have most certainly moved you to another room as the housekeeping staff obviously were in error as marking this room clean. Nicole,I would like to apologize for the parking. A local company had rented our event room for 100 and they had no idea that many more would show up to fill out paperwork as they requested space for only 100 attendees. Our beds are fairly new and are quite firm. Maintenance is also checking the heat and air. We do appreciate you staying with us and want you to know that the parking issue is in no way normal for us.SincerelyGM
